Job Description

1. Deliver the training curriculum.
2. Manage a weekly feedback loop for continuous improvement within an Agile learning environment.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies, as well as tools and methodology to prepare the DecaDevs for the work environment.
4. Evaluate the performance of the students by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Java EE / Spring Framework.  
• Knowledge of Design Pattern/ S.O.L.I.D principles.
• Knowledge of Automated testing.
• Experienced with Git Workflow.
• Knowledge of Database Management System e.g. MySQL or Oracle.
• Prior experience deploying Java Enterprise applications.
• Passionate about teaching and education.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
