Hiring a Senior Business Analyst - Remote

We build our system for Marketers, Sales, Support specialists, so it has a CRM, and it also allows our customers to create smart chatbots for their businesses, and to collect and process more data about their clients.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for designing new features for our app, creating prototypes, and preparing software requirements for our development team. Probably develop and support user documentation. Ensure usability and value creation for our users. The BA/UX Specialist will ensure our app is a useful product which can be easily used by our clients, design graphic elements as well as to build navigation components, create appealing and functional features to address our users’ needs such as building interfaces to reduce the number of clicks required by users.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, understand and analyze user requirements based on business objectives and analytical tools in collaboration with software developer, QA expert and related work units.
  • Illustrate design ideas and translate concepts into by sitemaps, storyboards, process flows, wireframes and mockups leading to an intuitive user experience.
  • Build search fields and page navigation buttons.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness.
  • Conduct layout adjustments on the basis of user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain UI prototypes elements (e.g. menus, widgets, tabs, sketches, images, and tables).
  • Design and maintain digital assets such as wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for multiple devices and interfaces (experience with Jira, google drive, Figma, Diagrams.net, and potentially other tools).
  • Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
  • Propose BA and UX strategies based on our target goals.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to key stakeholders and internal teams.
