  • Managing the accounts of clients; receiving shipping documents, tracking the status of arrival and following up on pending import documents required for customs clearance.
  • Processing NAFDAC clearance application for NAFDAC-related items.
  • Providing clients with a bi-daily status of shipments undergoing customs clearance.
  • Preparing invoices for concluded transactions, sharing same with clients, keeping track of their outstandings and following up on receipts of payments.
  • Processing post clearing documentation and activities for concluded import shipments.

  • Requirements Knowledge
