Managing the accounts of clients; receiving shipping documents, tracking the status of arrival and following up on pending import documents required for customs clearance. Processing NAFDAC clearance application for NAFDAC-related items. Providing clients with a bi-daily status of shipments undergoing customs clearance. Preparing invoices for concluded transactions, sharing same with clients, keeping track of their outstandings and following up on receipts of payments. Processing post clearing documentation and activities for concluded import shipments.
